My friend recommended Shirley to me when I need renovation for my new flat this year. I was looking for few quotations. In fact, interior design Singapore quotation was actually higher compared to the other companies. However, I was impressed by Shirley’s professionalism when she took time to take pictures of my flat, prepare feedback form for me so that she can design according to my needs and preferences, when the other companies just email me the quotation with a draft design.

During the renovation, she has even gone the extra miles to help me supervise the renovation work as I’m very busy with my teaching workload. She has even take time to go shopping with me so that all the furniture are in coordination with the design. What touches me is that she knew that I am busy and don’t drive, she even helped me to buy all the household items needed and get her husband to deliver to my new flat.

Her design for my house is really good and all my friends were impressed by her design when they visited my place.

I have always been looking for good after-service and I would say Shirley has helped Weiken.com to win tons of praises in this area. After I have moved in, there was some problem with the door of my bathroom and the windows, but she got the problem fixed within a week. Recently, I have some water leakage and she actually came personally to look at the problem and immediately arrange for the plumber to come.

Although I’m sorry to say that the workmanship of certain items is not really good, but due to the excellent service offered by Shirley, I was still recommend my friends to Weiken to have their house designed by Shirley.
